All interactions take place within the Telegram messaging platform. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the services at any time.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using any of our AI companions, you confirm that you are 18 years or older.

The Company reserves the right to terminate access for any user found to be under the age of 18.

You are solely responsible for your interactions with the AI and for any content you submit during those interactions.

All content generated by Nika, Sebastian, and Aurora City is produced by artificial intelligence. The AI characters are not real people and do not represent real individuals.

The AI-generated content does not constitute professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. You should not rely on AI responses for important life decisions.

All AI models, characters, branding, and underlying technology are the exclusive property of Nika AI. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works based on our AI characters or technology.

You retain ownership of the messages and content you personally create and submit during interactions with the AI.

Certain features may be available through paid subscriptions or one-time purchases. All payments are processed through the Telegram platform or other authorized payment providers.

Refund policies are governed by the applicable payment provider's terms. The Company reserves the right to change pricing and premium features at any time.

The services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.

The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the services and is not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
